10% of sorted grapes go directly to barrel. Rest goes to tank. Daily stirrings.
AGING
10% of harvest goes into barrel. 35% new Barrels,
35% one-year old barrels; 30% two-year old barrels.

Le Saint-Emilion Grand Cru du Château Haut-Brisson a un nez plein de prunes noires mûres et de chocolat, qui est ensuite associé à une palette pleine de tanins soyeux et de beaux fruits tels que la framboise et la fraise.
